Artist's Comments

Alright, so here's book two of two! Yes, my project required me to do two stories for two different second graders.

So anyways, Joshua, who was the second kid that I wrote a book for, loved Pokémon to death. We had a little sheet that we used to keep track of all of their favorite things, and Pokémon was his favorite in most of the categories. Pokémon books, comics, toys, anime, he had all of that stuff. So what better subject than to write about?

This story was a bit interesting for me, because I got to model the four basic starter Pokémon: Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. It was a bit difficult to do and took alot of time, so I really wanted to submit this book to dA to show off my work! I don't think that they turned out bad at all, and I was able to make the models flexible enough to get them in the various poses. :D

Once again, I got 100% on this portion of the assignment. Hope you guys like my story, and especially my Pokémon!

Why thank you!

I don't really have a favorite Pokémon myself, they keep adding too many new ones all the time, so I can never really figure them all out.

Ayup! I modeled them to look as close to the actuals as I could. I wish I could have put a bit of a personal artistic twist on them, but because of deadlines I had to stick with my original plan of just modeling the real ones.

Well, not to be rude but as I mentioned in the artist comments this is for second graders and I did it for a school project.
